## Short answer

Tor Metrics publishes public data about relays, bridges, traffic, performance, and onion services. Its services also include Relay Search and consensus-health views. These are network-wide indicators, not a diagnostic of your specific browser or a guarantee that every site is reachable. For a local failure, compare Metrics with Tor Browser's connection status and troubleshooting logs.
