If you only need to repair Omarchy packages and defaults, `omarchy reinstall` is a different operation that resets Omarchy packages and configuration. A full ISO reinstall is a disk-install procedure, so never assume it will preserve `/home`. Verify the backup before selecting a disk or partition.
