## Short answer

Your client may be reading different relays from the ones that accepted your post, a relay may have rejected or deleted it, or the client may not display that event kind. Check the publish result and your configured write relays, then look for the signed event from another client or relay. NIP-65 relay hints help discovery but do not force retention.
