# Omarchy OS: How do I set up fingerprint login?

Choose Setup > Security > Fingerprint in the Omarchy menu.

On supported hardware, Omarchy installs the fingerprint components and guides you through enrollment and verification. After setup, the print can unlock the screen and authorize `sudo` and system prompts. Keep your password available as a fallback.
