# Omarchy OS: How do I create another user account?

Use standard Arch Linux account tools; Omarchy’s setup wizard creates the initial user.

Create a separate login and home directory with Arch’s user-management tools, then set its password and any needed groups. Desktop settings in your home directory do not automatically become that user’s settings. Follow the [ArchWiki user guide](https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Users_and_groups) for the account steps.
