# Omarchy OS: How do I choose which monitor is primary?

Arrange outputs and preferred workspaces in Omarchy’s Hyprland monitor configuration.

Open **Setup > Monitors** and edit `~/.config/hypr/monitors.lua` for each display’s position and mode. Omarchy’s manual also points to Hyprland’s workspace rules if you want particular workspaces on a particular screen. Which monitor has focus controls some actions, including brightness keys.
