Littrell Family Towing & Recovery: Have the right details ready

Littrell Family Towing & Recovery’s website identifies a Kirksville address and describes towing, accident recovery, jumpstarts, tire changes, fuel delivery and lockout assistance. Those services address different roadside problems, so tell dispatch what is happening rather than requesting a tow by default.

When you call

Give the vehicle type, exact location, a safe callback number and whether it is in traffic, a ditch or a parking area. Ask whether the company covers that location and what service can be sent. Confirm any charge and estimated arrival directly; neither should be assumed from a website description.
