Hound Around Hotel: Dog boarding near Kirksville

Hound Around Hotel is a dog-boarding business at 13280 State Highway B, Kirksville. Its website also lists dog training and grooming, and provides boarding information for prospective customers. The contact page warns that some navigation systems route drivers to Highway BB by mistake, so check the directions before traveling.

Preparing a stay

Ask about availability for the exact dates, drop-off and pickup windows, rates, vaccination requirements, food and medication instructions, and emergency contact procedures. Explain the dog’s age, temperament and any special needs. The business should confirm whether it can accommodate those needs before a reservation is considered complete. Training and grooming have separate arrangements, so ask about each service directly.

Boarding offers Kirksville-area owners a local option when travel or a schedule keeps them away from home. A nearby facility can make drop-off, pickup and a conversation about the dog’s routine more practical.

The Hound Around Hotel contact page lists 660-216-2583 and houndaroundhotel@gmail.com. It gives boarding contact windows of 8–10 a.m. and 4–6 p.m. daily; confirm the current schedule and booking terms before arrival.
